The display and the touch are not used by ESP3D.
ESP3D usage
Section titled “ESP3D usage”- PlatformIO environment:
waveshare_s3_touch_lcd147 - The USB port is used as serial port by a computer (USB CDC client, see USB and [ESP935])
- The printer / CNC is connected to UART0 on the header: TXD (GPIO43) / RXD (GPIO44)
- The SD card is used in SDIO 4 bit mode, not shared with the printer
